— CARE2GRAPH FOR NURSING HOMES AND HOSPITALS
Mobile Nurse Call System
Hardwired call systems do not cover all areas. With Care2Graph, a single push of a button triggers the alarm—with precise location information, no matter where the resident is at the moment.
— HELP AT THE TOUCH OF A BUTTON
Precise location tracking, targeted alerts, rapid identification
Thanks to precise real-time location tracking, you'll know immediately which person in which room needs help.
Real-Time Location
You can see exactly which room triggered an alarm—allowing you to provide quick assistance without having to search for the location.
Targeted Alerts
Direct referral to the appropriate nursing staff, without placing an unnecessary burden on other wards.
Visual aids
A photo of the person making the call helps with quick identification—which is especially helpful when there is high staff turnover.
Entry and Exit Control
Protection against unauthorized access
The emergency call button can be used to block the exit as soon as certain people enter a specific area—it can also be used to protect disoriented individuals.
Hotel Function
The emergency tag can also serve as a room key—this protects privacy and makes the tag a personal access device.
Streamlined Processes
An access control system at the facility's entrances reduces interruptions to the nursing staff's daily routine.

Emergency Call Tag
How the Care2Graph System Works
The emergency call feature is fully integrated into the Care2Graph system. Pressing the red button alerts the nursing staff—both the caller’s current location and name are transmitted.
The wearing system consists of a wristband with a pin clasp that is comfortable to wear and can be easily opened by the wearer.
The Tag is battery-powered and waterproof, so it doesn't necessarily have to be removed when bathing or showering. When the battery is low, the Tag sends an alarm in advance; to replace the battery, simply open the bottom part of the case.
Acknowledgment via Remote Alarm Cancellation
An emergency call is acknowledged simply by using a care or staff tag. To do so, you must be at least 1.5 meters away from the resident who made the call and press the tag. This ensures that calls are not acknowledged accidentally and that there is actually an interaction with the resident.
Confirmation via Smartphone
Alarms are received and acknowledged via the NurseUI app. In addition, the nurse can acknowledge the shift directly on-site using NFC.
Advanced Search via NurseUI
The search interface also makes it easier to search specifically for individual residents in the facility. Using filters, you can quickly determine which room a resident is in or whether they are in the dining room—which is also important in evacuation situations.
Permanently Installed Call Buttons – Wall-Mounted and Pull-String Buttons
Wall-mounted and pull-cord buttons round out the system. These permanently installed, battery-powered devices can be flexibly mounted wherever they are needed. Additional redundancy is provided by a continuous power supply from an existing call system. Alarms are acknowledged on a room-by-room basis—pressing a button acknowledges all calls from a single room.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a mobile nurse call system?
A mobile care call system is an emergency call system that is not limited to fixed call cables in the room. With Care2Graph, residents can trigger a call anywhere where receivers are installed, including providing nursing staff with their exact location.
How is a mobile emergency call acknowledged?
An emergency call can be acknowledged in three ways: by remotely canceling the alarm using a care or staff tag (a minimum distance of 1.5 meters is required), via the NurseUI app on a smartphone, or via NFC directly on the emergency call tag on-site.
How long does the battery in the emergency tag last?
The emergency call device is battery-powered and waterproof. When the battery is low, it sends an alarm in a timely manner; to replace the battery, simply open the bottom part of the case.
Can the emergency call tag also be used as a room key?
Yes. The emergency call button can also serve as a room key to unlock one's own room door, and can also be used to block exits for certain individuals, such as to protect disoriented residents.
